Small Turn. Big Stage.

Pivot 176
Life isn't always 180 degrees. Sometimes, it's 176.

Throughout my career, I've experienced many pivots. Each transition brought uncertainty — but each one also created an opportunity. Pivot 176 was born from those experiences. It's about helping people recognise that their next chapter doesn't have to look like the one they originally imagined.

PERSPECTIVE. IDENTITY. VALUE. OWNERSHIP. TRANSITION.

P

Perspective

Seeing where you are from a different angle.

I

Identity

Understanding who you are beyond the role or title you hold.

V

Value

Recognising what you bring to the room.

O

Ownership

Taking responsibility for your choices, your voice and your direction.

One of the first Pivot 176 experiences is Small Turn. Big Stage – Courage Beyond the Yes.

A live talk and Q&A designed for young people navigating change — particularly students and emerging creatives approaching the next stage of their lives.

Leaving school. Leaving training. Starting a career. Facing rejection. Changing direction. Wondering what comes next.

The session is an honest conversation about the realities of transition and the importance of understanding your own value when the familiar structure around you disappears.

Because sometimes the hardest part isn't saying yes.
It's having the courage to decide what comes after it.

Courage Beyond the Yes

Who Is Pivot 176 For?

Pivot 176 is for anyone standing at a turning point.

For students deciding what comes next.
For young creatives entering the professional world.
For dancers and artists moving beyond full-time performance.
For people changing careers or starting again.

And for anyone who has ever wondered:
"What do I do now?"

Through talks, workshops, mentoring and creative projects, Pivot 176 creates space for honest conversations about identity, ambition, resilience and change.

The Bigger Picture

My ambition is for Pivot 176 to grow beyond a single workshop.

I want it to become a platform that connects movement, creativity, education and personal development — creating opportunities for people to explore where they are going and who they want to become.

Whether that is through a conversation in a classroom, a workshop in a dance studio, a mentoring session or a creative collaboration, the aim remains the same:

To help people see possibility in the pivot.

You don't always need to turn everything upside down.
Sometimes you just need to move.

176° — NOT PERFECT. NOT FINISHED. STILL MOVING.
That's Pivot 176.
